轧制钼杆生产磁控管用钼丝质量问题浅析

         

摘要

论述了以直径7.4 mm轧制钼杆为原料,通过合理选择模具公差,提高拉丝温度,增加在线退火,调整石墨乳比重,在直径2.0 mm进行退火,改进拉丝设备,使磁控管用钼丝的直径公差一致均匀,解决了钼丝的劈裂,最大程度减少钼丝的头、尾劈裂,显著提高了钼丝表面质量和物理性能。%  This paper studies the quality of molybdenum wire used for magnetron production by rolling molybdenum bar. The diameter tolerance of molybdenum wire is uniform by the following measures, reasonable mold tolerance, increase drawing temperature, adding annealing line, adjusting graphite percentage, annealing at the point of 2.0 mm diameter and improving drawing equipment. The surface quality and physical property of molybdenum wire is greatly improved by reducing head and tail split.
