金属离子对苯甲羟肟酸浮选黑钨矿的影响

     

摘要

The effects of metal ions on the flotation behaviour, surface electrical property and wetting behaviour of wolframite with benzohydroxamic acid were investigated through microflotation test, zeta potential measurements, contact angles measurements and flotation chemistry calculations. The results show that effects of metal ions on wolframite flotation behavior, surface electrical property and wetting behavior exist consistency with the activation of Pb2+ ion being the most obvious. The activation pH zone of wolframite floatation ranges between 6 and 10. Chemistry calculations of solution shows that the activating components is PbOH+ in lower pH pulp while in higher pH pulp the activation mechanism can be explained by adsorption of surface lead hydroxide sediment respectively.%  采用单矿物浮选、ζ-电位测量、接触角测量和溶液化学计算研究了金属离子对苯甲羟肟酸浮选黑钨矿的浮选行为、表面电性、润湿行为的影响规律。实验结果表明:金属离子对黑钨矿浮选行为、表面电性、润湿行为影响规律存在一致性,Pb2+作用效果最为显著。黑钨矿活化最佳浮选 pH 区间为6~10,溶液化学计算表明,在此 pH 范围内,在低 pH 矿浆中,活化组分是 PbOH+,在高 pH 矿浆中起吸附、活化作用的有效成分是表面氢氧化铅沉淀。
