一种超大型永磁筒式磁选机筒体加工工装设计

摘要

This paper studies a new tooling design upon analyzing the defects of the existing processing technologies to to meet the requirement from drum body processing of super sized permanent drum magnetic separation. The new tooling design enjoys the features of easy installation and convenient interchangeability. With this new tooling design, we can avoid the secondary processing after welding and large lathe purchase.%　　为满足超大型永磁筒式磁选机筒体加工工艺要求，分析了现有筒体加工工艺的缺陷，设计了一套筒体加工工装，该工装具有安装简易，互换性好等特点。在筒体制造过程中，利用该加工工装，既可以避免焊接后的二次加工，又可以节省购买大型车床的费用。
