For optimizing the control system of computerized flat knitting machine, this paper first presented the design content of the hardware and software systems and the idea for optimizing the control strategy, and then it introduced the practical methods for optimizing the control scheme by taking the machine head system as an example. The subsystem adopts FPGA-based distributed control scheme, the control data organization made in unit of knitting course and the double-buffered data structure. As the result, it has accelerated the response time of the bottom level, while providing the top-level design with the allowance for function expansion, realized zero wait state of knitting process and improved the knitting efficiency.%针对电脑横机控制系统的优化,本文先给出了硬件和软件系统的设计内容及控制策略的优化思路,然后以机头子系统为例,重点介绍了控制方案优化的具体方法。子系统采用基于FPGA的分布式控制方案,以编织行为单位的控制数据组织方式和数据双缓冲结构,加速了底层的响应时间,同时给顶层设计留出了功能扩展的余量,实现了编织过程的零等待,提高了编织效率。应用结果证明,整体优化后的系统实时、高效,稳定性好,具有较高的实用价值。
