浸胶超细纤维经编织物的结构与性能

         

摘要

以新型分散染料常压可染聚酯(NEDDPET)与易水解聚酯(EHDPET)海岛型复合长丝织造的经编坯布为基材,对其分别进行浸渍聚氨酯胶后碱减量开纤和先开纤后浸胶的工艺处理,制得浸胶NEDDPET超细纤维经编织物;研究了经编制品处理过程的微观结构及其与部分性能间的关系。结果表明,对经编坯布先浸胶后开纤的加工有利于弹性PU胶在超细纤维束的间隙中形成胶膜,赋予浸胶超细纤维经编织物低模量、高弹性、蓬松柔软、透气舒适的特性;而先开纤后浸胶的处理使超细纤维经编织物表层被致密的PU胶膜包裹,制品紧实发硬、不透气、延伸性较低,服用性能不佳。%A base warp-knitted fabric of NEDDPET/EHDPET sea-island composite ifber is processed with alkali de-weighting after or before impregnation in polyurethane to obtain the impregnated NEDDPET microifber fabric. This paper is to study the micro structure and its related performance in the processing of the warp-knitted fabric. The results show that the warp-knitted fabric impregnated before the alkali de-weighting treatment formed an elastic PU adhesive iflm in the cross-sectional area of the microifber bundle, giving the impregnated microifber fabric low-modulus, highly-elastic, lfuffy, soft, and breathable comfort features;while the surface of the warp-knitted microifber fabric was densely covered by a PU iflm if the ifber was split before impregnation. The resulted product is stiff, air-tight, with lower stretchability and poor wearing performance.
