丁腈橡胶/受阻酚AO-60复合材料的形状记忆特性

         

摘要

Nitrile rubber (NBR)/ hindered phenol AO-60 composites were prepared, influence of AO-60 amount on the thermal property and micro-structure of NBR/AO-60 composites was investigated , and the shape memory characteristics of NBR/ AO-60 composites were investigated at different AO-60 amounts and deformations. The results showed that the glass transition temperature ( Tg) increased with the increase of AO-60 amount, and the Tf of the composites rised to - 1.2℃ when AO-60 amount was 100 phr. Both of the shape fixity rate and shape recovery rate of NBR/AO-60 composites were higher than 90% at whether high or low deformation , indicating that NBR/AO-60 composites had excellent shape memory characteristics, which had good repeatability. There was a large number of hydrogen bonds between NBR and AO-60 molecules in NBR/AO-60 composites, and the characteristic transition temperature of NBR/AO-60 composites could be adjusted by controlling the action and intensity of hydrogen bond network.%制备了丁腈橡胶(NBR)/受阻酚AO - 60复合材料,考察了AO -60用量对复合材料的热性能和微观结构的影响,研究了不同AO - 60用量和形变下复合材料的热致形状记忆特性.结果表明,随着AO -60用量的增加,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)逐渐升高,添加100份AO -60时,复合材料的Tg升高至-1.2℃;无论在低形变还是在高形变下,NBR/AO -60复合材料的形状固定率和形状回复率均高于90%,表明复合材料具有良好的形状记忆特性,且其可重复性非常高;在NBR/AO -60复合材料中,AO -60与NBR之间形成大量的氢键,通过控制氢键网络的作用和强度可以调控材料的特征转变温度.
