S-苄基O-乙基黄原酸酯的合成及在废旧橡胶低温再生中的应用

     

摘要

以乙醇为溶剂,在常温常压下合成了S-苄基O-乙基黄原酸酯,用核磁共振波谱对其结构进行了表征,并将其作为活性剂用于废旧橡胶的低温再生过程中,研究了其用量对再生胶的溶胶含量等工艺性能、混炼胶硫化特性及硫化胶拉伸性能的影响.结果表明,随着S-苄基O-乙基黄原酸酯用量的增加,所制备再生胶的溶胶含量增大,交联密度和门尼黏度下降,但对混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间基本不产生影响,硫化胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率则呈增大趋势.S-苄基O-乙基黄原酸酯对普通胶粉的再生具有良好的活性作用.%S-benzyl O-ethyl carbonodithioate was synthesized with ethanol as solvent at normal temperature and pressure, its structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic re-sonance, and then was used as active agent for regeneration of waste rubber at low temperature, finally, the effects of S-benzyl O-ethyl carbonodithioate amount on the performance, such as the sol content and so on processing properties of the reclaimed rubber, the vulcanization characteristics of the reclaimed rubber compound, and tensile property of vulcanized compound, were investigated.The results showed that with increasing the amount of S-benzyl O-ethyl carbonodithioate, the sol content increased, the crosslinking density and Mooney viscosity decreased.S-benzyl O-ethyl carbonodithioate exhibited a good activation for regeneration of waste rubber.
