氯化聚乙烯专用HDPE6800CP的结构与性能

中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司开发的氯化聚乙烯(CPE)专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)6800CP相对分子质量适中,相对分子质量分布较窄,具有适宜的密度、熔体流动速率、结晶度,均匀的粒径分布,适于生产CPE.6800CP氯化过程工艺平稳,反应压力、时间及氯化过程能耗、物耗与进口同类产品相当:采用6800CP生产CPE的筛余物含量低于进口同类HDPE的氯化产品,其余各项性能与进口 HDPE氯化产品基本相当.%High density polyethylene(HDPE) 6800CP developed by Beijing Yanshan Company, SINOPEC has the features of moderate relative molecular mass, narrow relative molecular mass distribution, proper density, melt flow rate and crystallinity as well as uniform particle size distribution. These advantages make the special resin satisfactorily meet the requirements for producing chlorinated polyethylene(CPE). The reaction conditions adopted in chlorination process of 6800CP are pretty smooth and steady; especially the reaction pressure, time, energy consumption and material consumption are comparable to those of the process with which the overseas resins of the same kind are prepared. The CPE made of 6800CP has lower content of sieve residue than that made of the imported HDPE. The rest properties of the former are equivalent to those of the latter.
