PHMG/MMT复合抗菌剂改性聚丙烯

     

摘要

Polyhexamethyleneguanidine chloride(PHMG)/montmorillonite(MMT)composite antimicrobials were prepared by interchanging PHMG into MMT through the ion exchange method and then, were used to modify polypropylene(PP). The structure and properties of PHMG/MMT composites were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that PHMG is intercalated into the laminae of MMT, and the composites have good thermal stability that meets the processing conditions of PP. The PHMG/MMT modified PP exhibits antibacterial rate of 99.9% to both escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, indicating the strong bactericidal effect of the PHMG/MMT composites.%采用离子交换法将聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PHMG)交换到无机蒙脱上(MMT)中制得PHMG/MMT复合抗菌剂,将其用于改性聚丙烯(PP).利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪及差示扫描量示仪研究了PHMG/MMT的结构和性能.结果表明:PHMG已经插入MMT的层间,PHMG/MMT复合抗菌剂具有良好的热稳定性,可以满足PP的加工条件.PHMG/MMT改性后的PP对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的杀菌率均可达99.9%,说明PHMG/MMT复合抗菌剂具有很好的杀菌作用.
