采用MgCl2/AlCl3为载体,钒化合物为活性组分,制备了聚乙烯催化剂,以三异丁基铝为助催化剂,研究了淤浆法工艺下聚合条件对催化性能的影响,并对聚合物进行了分析.最佳聚台条件为:催化剂质量浓度为0.030 g/L,反应温度为80~85℃,反应压力为1.0 MPa,n(Al)(V)为 200~350.在此条件下,催化剂体系为长效型、活性较高,合成的聚乙烯表观密度较高、相对分子质量分布较宽、细粉含量较少.因此,该催化剂可用于淤浆法工艺生产高密度聚乙烯产品.%A polyethylene catalyst was prepared wilh MgCl/AlCl3 as carrier and vanadium compounds as active component. The effect of polymerization conditions in slurry process on performance of the catalyst were studied in. the case of using triisobutyl aluminum as cocatalyst. From the analyses of the resultant polymer, the optimal polymerization conditions suitable for the catalytic system was summarized as follow: catalyst concentration 0.030 g/L, reaction temperature 80-85?, reaction pressure 1.0 MPa and molar ratio of Al to V 200-350. Under such conditions, the catalyst system had high activity and long service life, and the obtained polyethylene had high bulk density, wide relative molecular mass distribution and less fine powders. The catalyst is applicable for slurry process to produce high density polyethylene products.
