聚合物导热材料用填料及其表面处理的研究进展

摘要

The application background and mechanism of polymer heat conduction material was summarized ,and the important role of thermal conductive filler were analyzed.New progress of preparation and its thermal conductivity at home and abroad was introduced.The summeriaztion of the thermal fillers were mainly about its types,composite technologies and surface treatment methods . Finally,the deficiency of this kind of material was put forward and the countermeasures were proposed,then the research trend of the thermal conductive polymer material was prospected.%概述了聚合物导热材料的应用背景及其导热机理,分析了导热填料在材料中的重要性,并就聚合物导热材料的制备及近年来国内外有关其导热系数取得的新成果进行了介绍.重点从导热填料的分类、复配技术及表面处理方法三方面综述了聚合物导热材料的研究进展,提出了聚合物导热材料尚存在的不足以及解决方法,并对未来导热材料研究趋势进行了展望.
