PBS/PCL共混物的增容研究

     

摘要

Biodegradable aliphatic poly(butylene succinate-co-ε-caprolactone) P(BS-co-CL) synthesized as a compatibilizer was added to the immiscible blends of poly(butylene succinate)/poly(ε-caprolactone)(PBS/PCL)with the aim to increase the compatibility between PBS and PCL, and then to improve the performance of the blends. The blends were prepared at 80:20 by weight using a melt blending method. The results show the addition of P(BS-co-CL) accelerated the crystallization of PCL in the blends, whereas the crystallization of PBS was retarded. The compatibilizer did not disturb the crystalline structure of the blends. The crystal growth of PBS/PCL blend was inhibited and the size of crystal became smaller. The compatibilizer enhanced the interaction between the two components. It was worth to note that the addition of 5 phr of P(BS-co-CL) copolymer had an effective compatibilizing effect on morphology and mechanical properties of PBS/PCL blend, showing reduced interfacial tension between two phases and a significant enhancement in fracture strain as compared with that of the PBS/PCL blend without compatibilizer.%采用1,4-丁二酸、1,4-丁二醇和己内酯为共聚单体,合成丁二酸丁二酯-己内酯共聚物[P(BS-co-CL)],作为聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物的增容剂.通过将m(PBS):m(PCL)为80:20的PBS/PCL共混物与增容剂熔融共混,制备不同增容剂含量的PBS/PCL共混物.结果表明:随着增容剂P(BS-co-CL)的加入,PCL相的结晶能力增强,PBS相的结晶能力减弱;增容剂的加入未改变共混物中PBS及PCL相的晶体结构;当增容剂用量为5 phr时,共混物两相的界面相容性提高,共混物晶体生长受到抑制,晶体尺寸变小,共混物的拉伸形变显著增大.
