石墨烯在复合材料领域的应用研究进展

         

摘要

综述了近几年石墨烯的研究进展、制备方法并分析比较了各种方法的优缺点。物理法能得到高质量的石墨烯,但不能大规模生产;采用化学沉淀法制备的石墨烯的形貌和性能受基体影响较大,综合制造成本较高;采用化学还原法制备的石墨烯的成本较低,可大规模制备而且适用于制备高分子复合材料,但其分子结构受到破坏且易发生团聚。依托中国企业和院校等研究机构的合成材料研发平台,结合国内丰富的天然石墨资源,提出了石墨烯在复合材料领域的研究方向和应用前景。%This paper provides an overview of the research progress of graphene in recent years along with its preparation processes in terms of relative merits. Among which, physical method can be used to produce high quality graphene in small scale; the morphology and properties of graphene prepared by chemical precipitation are affected by basal body with high production costs; the product made by chemical reduction is competitive in large scale production due to low costs and can be used to prepare high polymer composites, while whose mo-lecular structure is prone to agglomeration. The future research direction and application prospect of graphene in composite material is proposed based on the R&D platform established by Chinese research institutes and abun-dant natural graphite resources in China.
