黏土种类及用量对AA-AM-AMPS多孔型高吸水树脂性能的影响

     

摘要

以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯为分散剂,环己烷为分散介质与传热介质,过硫酸铵为引发剂并添加处理过的无机黏土埃洛石、蒙脱土、硅藻土,同时以碳酸氢钠为发泡剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备了AA-AM-AMPS多孔型高吸水树脂,研究了埃洛石、蒙脱土以及硅藻土的用量对树脂吸液性能的影响.结果表明:埃落石、蒙脱土及硅藻土用量分别为单体质量的1%,6%,2%时,AA-AM-AMPS多孔型高吸水树脂的吸盐倍率和吸水倍率达到最高,且具有较好的保水性能.%Acrylic acid (AA),acrylamide(AM)and2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) were used as comonomers,N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide as cross-linker,sorbitan monostearate as dispersant, cyclohexane as dispersing and heat medium,sodium hydrogencarbonate as blowing agent,ammonium persulfate as initiator as well as pretreated inorganic clays to prepare AA-AM-AMPS superabsorbent resin via inverse-suspension polymerization. The effect of the mass fraction of halloysite,montmorillonite and diatomite on absorbent properties of the resin were observed. The results show that the salt and water absorption rate of the resin reach the highest when the mass fraction of halloysite,montmorillonite and diatomite in monomers are1%,6% and2% respectively,and the resin performs well in water retention.
