熔融酯交换法合成聚碳酸酯预聚体的研究

         

摘要

Polycarbonate(PC)prepolymer was synthesized via melt transesterification with diphenyl carbonate(DPC)and bisphenol A(BPA). PC prepolymer transestevification and polycondensation catalyzed by different catalysts were explored. Tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide(TBAOH)was used as catalyst to investigate the effect of feedstock ratio, amount of catalyst and discharge temperature on average viscosmetric molecular weight and chromatic aberration of products. It concludes that the optimal conditions for the reaction involve: the mole ratio of TBAOH/BPA and DPC/BPA are 5×10-4 and1.06 respectively, and the discharge temperature is 260 ℃. The test results of ultraviolet spectrophotometer and gel permeation chromatography indicate that PC prepolymer obtained by TBAOH features high average viscosmetric molecular weight, low chromatic aberration and stable process conditions compared with products by other catalysts under the same conditions.%采用熔融酯交换法,以碳酸二苯酯(DPC)和双酚A(BPA)为原料合成了聚碳酸酯预聚体.探究了由多种催化剂催化酯交换和缩聚合制成的聚碳酸酯预聚体,并以氢氧化四丁基铵(TBAOH)为催化剂,研究了物料配比、催化剂用量和反应出料温度等对产物黏均分子量和色差的影响.最佳的反应条件是:n(TBAOH):n(BPA)为5×10-4;n(DPC):n(BPA)=1.06:1.00;出料温度为260℃.在同等条件下,相对于其他催化剂,用TBAOH制备的聚碳酸酯预聚体,经过紫外分光光度计、凝胶渗透色谱仪等测试,具有黏均分子量较高、色差低、工艺条件稳定等特点.
