聚苯硫醚的等温结晶动力学

             

摘要

采用光学解偏振法结晶速率仪研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)的等温结晶动力学.结果表明:PPS的结晶速率随结晶温度的升高,先增大后减小,并在160℃左右达到最大结晶速率,约为0.471 7 s-1.PPS的Avrami指数为2.20~2.93,表明PPS是以异相成核或非热成核的方式三维生长形成球状结晶.在偏光显微镜放大400倍的情况下,160℃时可以看到晶粒较大且排列整齐.%The isothermal crystallization kinetics of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) was studied with an optical depolarization crystallization rate meter. The results showed that the crystallization rate of PPS was increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of crystallization temperalure and was maximized as 0. 471 7 s-1 or so al around 160 ℃. The Avrami index value of PPS was 2.20 -2. 93, indicating that PPS has spherical crystal tridimensional growth with heterogeneous nucleation or non-thermal nucleation. The crystal was relatively high in size and had a regular arrangement at 160 ℃ , observed with a poiartised optical microscope at a magnification of 400.
