UHMWPE纤维的表面处理技术进展

         

摘要

The surface modification techniques , principles and effects were introduced in details for ultrahigh relative molecular mass polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber.The progress and outlook of the surface modification techniques for UHMWPE fiber were put forward.The surface modification techniques for UHMWPE fiber dominantly comprise oxidation modification , chemical crosslinking modification , corona discharge modification , irradiation induced surface grafting modification , plasma modification , etc.The corona discharge modification has been applied in the commercial production by now , but other modification techniques are difficult being commercialized .The chemical crosslinking modification with silane coupling agent is expected to be of a won -derful commercial application prospect in the future .The combination of two or manifold techniques would be well developed for the surface modification of UHMWPE fiber .%详细介绍了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维的表面改性方法、改性原理及改性效果,并提出了UHMWPE纤维的表面处理技术的新进展及展望.UHMWPE纤维的表面改性方法主要有氧化处理法、化学交联法、电晕放电法、辐照引发表面接枝法、等离子体处理法等;目前,电晕放电法已经应用于工业化生产,其他方法难以实现工业化;今后,硅烷偶联剂化学交联法有较好的工业化应用前景,采用两种或多种方法并用对UHMWPE纤维进行表面改性将会得到较好的发展.
