原位聚合无卤阻燃3D打印PA 6粉末的制备及表征

     

摘要

Halogen-free flame retardant polyamide 6(FRPA 6)powder for 3D print was prepared by adding melamine cyanurate (MCA) into caprolactam (CPL) hydrolytic ring opening suspension polymerization system and was sinter-moulded in a printer. The effect of the addition of MCA on the mechanical properties and flame retardance of the product was studied.The morphology and properties of FRPA 6 were characterized.The results showed that the self-assembly reaction of MCA proceeded comparatively well in the suspension polymerization system;the produced MCA uniformly dispersed in FRPA 6 in nanometer scale;the melting point,impact strength,tensile strength and bending strength of FRPA 6 were decreased and the elongation at break and the crys-tallization temperature were increased in some degree when the content of MCA was increased in the suspension system;and the flame retardance of FRPA 6 reached UL94 V-0 and the tensile strength,notched impact strength and bending strength were 62.4 MPa,7.4 kJ/m2,64.7 MPa,respectively,when the mass fraction of MCA was 8%.%在己内酰胺(CPL)水解开环悬浮聚合体系中加入三聚氰胺氰尿酸(MCA)单体盐,制备了可用于3D打印的无卤阻燃聚酰胺6(FRPA 6)粉末材料,在打印机上烧结成形,研究了MCA单体盐的加入对制品力学性能及阻燃性能的影响,并对FRPA 6形貌及性能进行了表征.结果表明:在悬浮聚合体系中,MCA 的自组装反应进行比较充分,生成的MCA均匀分散在FRPA 6中,达到纳米级别;随着体系中 MCA含量的增加, FRPA 6的熔点、抗冲击强度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度有所下降,断裂伸长率、结晶温度有所提高,当 MCA 质量分数为8%时,FRPA 6阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0级,拉伸强度为62.4 MPa,缺口冲击强度为7.4 kJ/m2,弯曲强度为64.7 MPa.
