含液晶结构固体脂质微粒的制备技术研究

     

摘要

以烷基糖苷乳化体系,采用相转变温度法(PIT转相法)制备了含液晶结构的固体脂质微粒.分别研究了乳化工艺及配方组成对固体脂质微粒中液晶结构形成的影响.实验结果表明,采用PIT转相乳化法更有利于固体脂质微粒中液晶结构的形成;C22烷基糖苷与C16 ~ 18醇配伍可以形成液晶结构规整的固体脂质微粒;异丙醇的加入有利于形成粒径较小且分布均一的含液晶结构的固体脂质微粒.同时通过研究C22烷基糖苷/C16~18醇/水+异丙醇体系拟三元相图,初步确定了形成含液晶结构固体脂质微粒的原料配比范围.%Solid lipid particulates with liquid crystal structure were prepared by PIT ( phase inversion temperature) method. The influences of emulsification technology and formulation composition on formation of liquid crystal structure in the solid lipid particulates were studied. Results showed that the PIT method is favorable for the formation of liquid crystal structure in the solid lipid particulates. Solid lipid particulates with regular liquid crystal structure can be formed by C22APG in combination with cetearyl alcohol. Addition of isopropyl alcohol is favorable for formation of solid liquid particulates with liquid crystalline structure as well as with smaller particle size and more homogeneous particle distribution. Meanwhile, based upon study of pseudo -ternary phase diagrams of the system C22APG/cetearyl alcohol/H2O together with isopropyl alcohol, the range of proportion of the components for formation of solid lipid particulates with liquid crystal structure was preliminarily identified.
