采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法，在对英国宏观社会治理方式的转变进行概述的基础上，分析了英国社区体育政策的执行、英国社区体育俱乐部标准化（Club‐mark ）建设的目的，并就Clubmark认证俱乐部的现状进行了梳理与归纳。重点研究了英国社区体育俱乐部标准化认证的组织管理、认证流程与认证标准，就英国扶持社区体育俱乐部建设与发展的措施，包括提供标准化服务、税收优惠与专项资金投入等方面进行了阐析。最后，根据我国社区体育俱乐部发展的宏观环境与实际情况，提出意见与建议。%By using the method of literature review ,expert interview and logical analysis ,the implementation of the UK community sports policy and the purpose of the development on Clubmark in the UK were analyzed .Meanwhile ,the status quo of the Clubmark was carded and inducted .The research on organizational management ,the process and standard of accreditation were emphasized .The supported measures for the establishment and development of community sports clubs in Great Britain was explained ,including to provide standardized services ,tax in‐centives and special funds for investment .Finally ,according to the macro environment and the actual situation of the development of community sports clubs in China ,some suggestions and opinions were put forward .
