The Colloquium/Workshop was organized as a three day program, the first day being devoted to a series of short overviews from Government, industry and standards organizations. The second day was devoted to discussions in four separate working groups covering the following topics: Fibers and Reinforcements, Matrix Materials, Intermediate Products, and Components and Structures. On the third day, summaries of the working group discussions and recommendations were presented in a general session, followed by a period of open discussion. This document contains the presentations by individual speakers and the summary reports by the Working Group Chairmen.
