胰岛素抵抗的内质网非折叠蛋白反应机制与运动应激研究进展

     

摘要

Unfolded protein response in endoplasmic reticulum (UPRER) can maintain the ho‐meostasis of protein folding in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) .It interacts closely with mitophagy through the mitochondria‐associated ER membranes ,and mediates the development of T 2DM by means of insulin secretion and insulin resistance (IR ) .Exercise stress is an effective means for the treatment of T 2DM .It can not only induce UPRER ,but also influence mitochondrial biogenesis .However ,it is not clear whether exercise stress can affect IR by UPRER .It also needs further discussion if UPRER can be specifically caused by exercise of different types and muscle with different types of metabolism .In the paper ,the relationships between UPRER and IR ,mitophagy ,and exercise are extensively analyzed ,aiming to inspire new ideas about the pre‐vention and treatment of T 2DM via exercise .%内质网非折叠蛋白反应可以维持内质网中蛋白质的稳态,它与线粒体自噬通过线粒体—内质网相关膜紧密联系在一起,并通过影响胰岛素分泌和胰岛素抵抗来介导2型糖尿病的发生发展。运动应激是治疗2型糖尿病的有效手段,不仅可以激发内质网非折叠蛋白反应,还可以影响线粒体生物发生。但是,运动与胰岛素抵抗的内质网非折叠蛋白反应机制仍需研究,不同的运动方式和不同代谢类型的肌肉是否具有内质网非折叠蛋白反应特异性也有待探讨。对内质网非折叠蛋白反应与胰岛素抵抗、线粒体自噬和运动应激之间的关系进行了广泛的分析,旨在为2型糖尿病的运动防治提供新的思路。
