项群归类组合教学的研究与应用

摘要

为了探索运动技能迁移规律，优化教学过程，经过2年的教学实验研究发现，将动作结构上、素质上、教学上具有共同要求的运动项目归为一类，作为一个整体进行组合教学，有利于学生形成清晰的动作表象，促进运动技能的形成和掌握。%In order to explore the rule of movement of skill transfer,optimize the teaching process, the author makes the two years teaching experiment, and finds that sorted the sports movement with same requirements of teaching, exercise performance and movement stuff out, combinative teaching as a whole program is favor to master the motor skill.
