This paper compares the variety of performance and physicalfitness of male jumper before and after muscle elastic training. The result showes that muscle elastic training method can effectively increase muscle strength and the performance of jumper.%本文对比了“弹性力量训练”实验前、后男子跳高运动员的身体素质和专项成绩的变化,结果表明,“弹性力量训练法”可以有效地加强男子跳高运动员的肌肉力量,提高专项运动成绩。
