男子轮椅竞速T53/54级r1500 m模拟比赛供能特征研究

         

摘要

目的:旨在对男子轮椅竞速T53/54级1500 m比赛距离的供能特征进行研究.方法:招募了8名男子T53/54级轮椅竞速运动员(年龄24±5岁,身高174.4±5.9 cm,体重67.3±9.1 kg)在室外400 m田径场分别进行多级递增负荷测试和1500 m模拟比赛测试,测试全程使用气体代谢仪记录每次呼吸的V?O 2,使用GPSports和心率带对受试者每秒速度和心率变化进行监控,运用最大累积氧亏法对模拟比赛过程中的能量供应进行计算.结果:受试者模拟比赛中,累积氧亏、峰值心率和净累积血乳酸分别为2667.3±894.5 mL、188.9±9.0次/min和7.5±2.8 mmol/L.1500 m全力运动下总供应量为205.5±29.2 kJ,有氧和无氧供能量为146.6±21.6 kJ(71.7%±7.1%)和58.9±18.9 kJ(28.3%±7.1%).运动员测试时间和净累积血乳酸具有边缘性显著负相关(P=0.057,r=-0.798).结论:男子轮椅竞速T53/54级1500 m是有氧供能为主导的比赛项目,目前对这一比赛距离供能特征的认识低估了有氧供能的重要性.%Objective: The aims of this study is to investigate the energy contribution of T53/54 men's wheelchair racing 1500 m. Methods:Eight T53/54 men's wheelchair racers (24±5 years, 174.4±5.9 cm, 67.3±9.1 kg) participated in the research for a graded exercise test and a 1500m all-out test. A portable gas analyzer was used to measureV?O2 at every breath, and a GPSports and Polar heart rate (HR) belt was used to monitor speed and HR changes. The energetic contribution was measured with the maximal accumulated oxygen deficit(MAOD). Result: The subjects' AOD, HRmax, and BLCnet were 2667.3±894.5 ml, 188.9±9.0 bpm, and 7.5±2.8 mM, respectively. The total energy contribution of the 1500 m test was 205.5±29.2 kJ. The aerobic and anaerobic energy contributions were 146.6±21.6 kJ (71.7±7.1%) and 58.9±18.9 kJ (28.3±7.1%), respectively. Significant marginal negative correlations were noted between race performance and BLCnet for the T53/54 men's 1500 m test (P=0.057,R=-0.798). Conclusion:T53/54 men's wheelchair racing 1500 m is an aerobic-dominated event. The knowledge of energy supply in this event underestimates the importance of aerobic contribution.
