应力测试方法的现状及发展趋势

摘要

Stress and stress concentration are the main reasons which cause the damage of the load bearing parts and structure. Stress measurement and stress condition evaluating is an important part of industrial production. Several common stress testing methods are introduced in this paper;and the application scope, detection efifciency, advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared. The problems of these current stress testing methods are discussed and the future development directions are pointed out.%应力和应力集中是承载部件和结构产生损伤的主要原因之一，应力的测量和状态评估是工业生产中的重要组成部分。本文介绍了几种常用的应力测试方法，对其应用范围、检测效率和优缺点进行了比较，并在此基础上探讨了目前应力测试技术存在的问题与未来发展方向。
