浅谈电梯钢丝绳锈蚀、断丝和磨损及其检验

摘要

In the daily elevator inspection work, a large number of elevator wirerope rust, broken wire and wear phenomenon is encountered. The failure of the elevator wirerope directly affects the safety of the elevator operation, the passenger's personal safety. Through the analysis of wirerope failure, the failure mechanism of rust, broken wires and the wear of the elevator wirerope is found. Based on the scrap standard of wirerope, this paper put forward the elevator wirerope testing method, promotes the safe use of the elevator.%在日常电梯检验工作中，遇到大量电梯钢丝绳出现锈蚀、断丝和磨损现象，电梯钢丝绳失效直接影响电梯安全运行，关系到乘客的人身安全，通过分析钢丝绳失效状况，找出钢丝绳锈蚀、断丝和磨损失效机理，针对钢丝绳的报废标准，提出检验方法，促进电梯的安全使用。
