推动区域创新发展：欧盟的经验与启示

摘要

区域创新对于推动经济体的创新发展日益重要。随着欧洲一体化进程的不断推进，欧盟一直在不断强化对区域创新发展的支持。欧盟与我国国土面积相近，也面临着类似的区域发展问题，欧盟推动区域创新发展的做法和经验值得我国参考借鉴。本文首先从欧盟区域政策计划周期的角度，对分阶段其区域政策的发展演变进行了梳理总结。其次，对欧盟支持区域创新的主要做法和最新进展进行了总结分析。最后，就如何推动我国区域创新提出了几点启示。%Regional innovation is now playing a very important role in an economy�European Union ( EU ) gradually strengthened its support for regional innovation with the progress of the integration of Europe�With the similar land area and development problems as China, EU�s measurements and experiences with respect to promote regional innovation can be good practice for China�The developments of EU regional policy are summarized in the first part of this paper based on the planning periods of EU regional policy�Secondly, EU�s main measurements and latest developments for promoting regional innovation are analyzed�Finally, some inspirations for promoting regional innovation in China are discussed.
