多孔翅片散热器内辐射/对流/导热的耦合传热

         

摘要

To solve radiative,convective and conductive heat transfer in the porous fin heat exchanger,Chebyshev collocation spectral method (CCSM)was adopted in this paper.In this porous fin heat exchanger,thermal conductivity,heat transfer coeffi-cient,surface emissivity and internal heat generation are functions of temperature.In the procedure of solving the porous fin heat exchanger,CCSM was used to discretize the porous heat transfer model which is based on Darcy law,and the differential form of control equation was transformed to the matrix form of algebraic equation.Otherwise,the effects of thermos-physical parameters on dimensionless temperature and fin efficiency were also analyzed.Compared with the homotopy perturbation solution in litera-ture,CCSM can obtain a good computation accuracy for coupled heat transfer in the porous fin heat exchanger.%采用切比雪夫配置点谱方法对多孔翅片散热器内辐射、对流和导热的耦合传热问题进行求解。在多孔翅片散热器内,导热系数、对流换热系数、表面发射率以及内热源均为温度的函数。在求解多孔翅片散热器内耦合传热的过程中,采用切比雪夫配置点谱方法对根据 Darcy 定律建立的多孔介质传热模型进行离散,并将微分形式的控制方程转换为代数形式的矩阵方程。另外,分析了热物性参数对无量纲温度和翅片效率的影响。通过与文献中同伦摄动法的计算结果相比较发现:切比雪夫配置点方法对多孔翅片散热器内耦合传热问题有很好的计算精度。
