摘要

The heat transfer performance of various fin types was investigated in Part I of this paper. Among these, the staggered plate fin array proved to be potentially most suitable for maximizing heat transfer and minimizing pressure drop. In the present study, CFD simula- tions were performed to determine optimum heatsink parameters such as fin thickness, spanwise pitch and lengthwise pitch.
