In the era of knowledge economy, the increasing of national competitiveness, the growth of enterprises, and the increasing production and appreciation of the goods, all depend on knowledge and clerisies. Library is the core of the culture, it needs a well-trained and knowledgeable team of high-quality, and good librarian are important resources for libraries.
