采用有机相-水相结合的方法,将杜仲橡胶从预处理的杜仲粗胶中提离,并对其结构和相对分子质量进行测试分析和表征.结果表明:有机相-水相法可简化杜仲橡胶提取工艺,减小有机溶剂用量;杜仲橡胶中反式1,4-结构单元质量分数大于0.99,几乎不含1,2-结构单元和顺式1,4-结构单元,具有一定结晶性且晶型单一,相对分子质量为30万~40万,相对分子质量分布相对较宽.%The EUG was extracted from the pre-treated coarse rubber by organic phase-aqueous phase method,and its structure and molecular weight were analyzed and characterized.The results showed that,the organic phase-aqueous phase method could simplify the extraction process of EUG and reduce the addition level of organic solvent.The mass fraction of trans-1,4-units in EUG was more than 0.99,and 1,2-units and cis-1,4-units were almost not existent.The extracted EUG had certain crystallization,the molecular weight was 300 000~400 000,and the molecular weight distribution was relatively wide.
