氯化聚乙烯橡胶在轮胎气密层胶中的应用

摘要

研究氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)在轮胎气密层胶中的应用.结果表明:在气密层胶配方中,采用CM部分等量替代溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶中的NR,胶料的加工性能和物理性能接近BIIR/NR胶料的水平.添加CM胶料的气密性和填料分散性均有所改善,满足轮胎气密层胶使用要求的同时又可降低成本.%The application of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) in the inner liner compound of tire was studied.The results showed that,in the inner liner compound formulation,CM could be used to replace part of NR at the same weight in BIIR/NR blends,and the processing and physical properties of the compound were kept similar to those of the original compound.The air tightness and filler dispersion of the compound with CM were improved,which could meet the requirements of inner liner compound while the cost was reduced.
