以正硅酸乙酯和偶联剂Si69为硅源,采用微反应器技术,在微晶纤维素(MCC)表面负载纳米二氧化硅(SiO2),制得MCC-SiO2杂化体,研究其对白炭黑/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)硫化胶物理性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明:MCC杂化改性后硫化胶的物理性能和抗湿滑性能提高,同时滚动阻力降低;扫描电镜分析结果显示,MCC-SiO2杂化体在SSBR基体中的粒径减小,与SSBR的界面结合性能提高.%The microcrystalline cellulose (MCC)-SiO2 hybrids (MCC-SiO2) were prepared by the modification of MCC surface with nano-SiO2 by using tetraethoxysilane and coupling agent Si69 as precursors via micro-reactor technique.The effect of MCC-SiO2 hybrids on the physical properties and dynamic mechanical property of silica/SSBR vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that,with hybrid modification of MCC,the physical property and wet skid resistance of the vulcanizates reinforced by MCC-SiO2 hybrids were improved,while the rolling resistance decreased.SEM analysis showed that,compared with the unmodified MCC,the particle of MCC-SiO2 hybrids in SSBR matrix decreased,and their interfacial bonding increased.
