客车充电电源ZVZCS变换器的数字移相控制研究

     

摘要

通过对全桥直流变换器的几种软开关拓扑结构进行对比分析,研究适合铁路客车DC110V充电电源的变换器主电路拓扑结构及其数字控制方式.针对传统移相控制芯片电路复杂、可控性较差的问题,设计出基于零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)变换器的数字移相控制电路设计方案,给出闭环控制的原理,并对调节器进行离散的抑制饱和设计.采用模拟及混合信号仿真软件Saber对设计方案进行仿真,然后将按照设计方案研制的数字信号处理器控制板安装在客车DC110V充电电源样机上进行试验,结果验证了设计方案的有效性和可行性,也可在高速动车组上推广运用.%Through the contrastive analysis of several soft-switching topological structures of full bridge dc/dc converters, the main circuit topological structures of converters and digital control methods suitable for DC 110V charge power supply of railway passenger car were investigated. For the circuit complexity and poor control ability problems of traditional phase shift control chips, the design scheme of digital phase-shifting control circuit was worked out based on zero-voltage and zero-current switching (ZVZCS) converter. The closed-loop control schematic was provide and the discrete desaturation of regulators was designed. Saber, the analogue and mixed signal simulation software, was adopted to simulate the designed scheme, and then the digital signal processor control panel, developed in accordance with the design scheme, was equipped on a DC 110 V charge power supply prototype of railway passenger car for tests. Results have verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the design scheme, and the design scheme can be popularized and applied to high-speed EMU.
