强化手卫生对于控制ICU医院感染的临床意义

摘要

Objective To evaluate whether it is effective to control nosocomial infection through enhancing hand hygiene, including improving hand hygiene facilities, emphasizing the hand hygiene consciousness of medical staff, and monitoring hand hygiene compliance in ICU. Methods Collecting 1435 patients during June 2012 to May 2013, and analyzing the consumption of hand antiseptic rinse free gel and the rate of nosocomial infection in ICU before and after enhancing hand hygiene. Results The consumption of hand antiseptic rinse free gel increased and the rate of nosocomial infection decreased from 11.31%to 7.51%after enhancing hand hygiene (P=0.015). Conclusion It is effective for reducing nosocomial infection to enhance hand hygiene in ICU.%目的：探讨强化手卫生，包括改进手卫生设施、强化医护人员手卫生意识以及监督手卫生依从性等措施对控制ICU医院感染的效果。方法对于2012年6月~2013年5月期间ICU收治的1435例患者，分析强化手卫生前后免洗手消毒液的使用量和血行医院感染率的变化。结果强化手卫生使免洗手消毒液的使用量增加，同时医院感染率从11.31%降低到7.51%(P=0.015)。结论加强ICU医务人员手卫生对降低医院感染有很大的临床意义。
