流式细胞术检测风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动患者HCN2蛋白的表达

摘要

目的：对风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动患者右心耳组织超级化激活环核苷酸门控阳离子通道-2(HCN2)蛋白的表达进行分析和研究。方法风湿性心脏病患者84例分为研究组(心房颤动)和对照组(窦性心律)，每组42例，对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果研究组患者的左心房内径(LAD)、右心房内径(RAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)明显高于对照组，右心室内径(RVD)明显小于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且研究组HCN2蛋白表达水平高于对照组。结论风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动患者HCN2蛋白的表达与患者的心房颤动具有相关性。%Objective To analyze and study the expression of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel-2 protein (HCN2 protein) in patients with rheumatic heart disease complicated with auricular fibrillation. Methods A total of 84 patients with rheumatic heart disease complicated with auricular fibrillation were randomly divided into research group (auricular fibrillation) and control group (sinus rhythm), and each group contained 42 cases. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results The left atrial diameter (LAD), right atrial diameter (RAD), left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) were higher and right ventricular dimension (RVD) was lower in the research group than in the control group. The difference had statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). The research group had higher expression level of HCN2mRNA than the control group. Conclusion There is a correlation between the expression of HCN2mRNA and auricular fibrillation in patients with rheumatic heart disease complicated with auricular fibrillation.
