氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿合并肺心病临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical effect of losartan joint adenosine cyclophosphate meglumine for the treatment of emphysema combined with cor pulmonale. Methods Selected 80 patients with emphysema combined with cor pulmonale were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients were given medical conventional treatment, observation group given losartan joint adenosine cyclophosphate meglumine treatment, compared treatment effect and cardiac function index changes of two groups. Results Treatment effect of two groups was satisfied, observation group was better than control group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);cardiac function indexes were improved, and observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Losartan joint adenosine cyclophosphate meglumine have a significant effect in the treatment of emphysema combined with cor pulmonale.%目的：探讨氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿合并肺心病的临床效果。方法将80例肺气肿合并肺心病的患者随机分成观察组和对照组，两组患者均给予内科常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗，对比观察两组患者治疗有效率及心功能指标变化。结果两组患者治疗效果满意，治疗有效率比较，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；心功能指标均有所改善，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿合并肺心病患者临床疗效显著，值得推广应用。
