女性生殖道血管肌纤维母细胞瘤2例的临床病理及文献复习

摘要

目的：探讨女性生殖道的血管肌纤维母细胞瘤(AMF)的临床病理表现、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对2例AMF的病理特征及免疫组化表达进行分析，结合各类文献报道总结AMF的诊断及鉴别诊断。结果肿瘤边界清楚，瘤细胞呈梭形或圆梭形，由细胞密集区和稀疏区交替出现，血管丰富，瘤细胞多围绕血管生长。结论 AMF是一种主要发生于女性生殖器官的浅表部位的良性软组织肿瘤，主要与深部血管粘液瘤等鉴别。%Objective To study the clinicopathological features and its differential diagnosis of angiomyfibroblastoma in reproduce road of woman. Methods To investigate the diagnosis and its differential diagnosis by histopathological and immunohistochemical staining of 2 cases of AMF and review the literatures. Results The tumors were well circumscribed and characterized by alternating hypercellular and hypercellular areas with abundant blood vessels. The tumor cells were arranged in cords and nests preferentially arrayed around vessels and rarity of erythrocyte extravasation. Conclusion AMF is abenign softtissue tumor that occurred principally in reproduce road of woman.It need to make differentia aggressive angiomyxoma.
