Kaposi 水痘样疹23例临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical features and predisposing factors of Kaposi ’ s varicell-iform eruption and to explore the appreate approach in management of Kaposi ’ s varicelliform eruption . Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical characters on 23 cases of Kaposi ’ s varicelliform eruption .Re-sults Clinical data indicated that the duration of the eruption controlled ,temperature went down to normal and the time of crusting of the group of ganciclovir combined with IVIg .Conclusion Ganciclovir combined with IVIg seems to be valuable in the management of Kaposi ’ s varicelliform eruption .%目的：探讨kaposi水痘样疹患者的临床特征、易感因素及合理治疗。方法对本院收治的23例kaposi水痘样疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果更昔洛韦联合静脉用人免疫球蛋白（ IVIg）治疗在病情控制（新发皮疹控制时间、退热、皮疹消退结痂等）上要明显优于单用更昔洛韦治疗。结论更昔洛韦联合IVIg有利于及时控制kaposi水痘样疹的病情。
