葡萄糖酸锌结合山莨菪碱治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：研究葡萄糖酸锌结合山莨菪碱治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法106例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各53例。在支持治疗的基础上，对照组采用山莨菪碱治疗；观察组采用葡萄糖酸锌结合山莨菪碱治疗。比较临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组疗效、安全性均优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌结合山莨菪碱在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗中具有疗效显著、安全性高等优势，值得临床推广应用。%ObjectiveTo research clinical effect and safety by zinc gluconate combined with anisodamine in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.MethodsA total of 106 infantile rotavirus enteritis patients as research subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. On the basis of support treatment, the control group received anisodamine, and the observation group received zinc gluconate. Clinical effect and safety were compared.ResultsThe observation group had better curative effect and safety than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). ConclusionZinc gluconate combined with anisodamine contains advantages of precise effect and high safety in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis, this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
