目的 探讨在妇产科肥胖患者围术期中应用精细化护理的效果.方法 80例妇产科肥胖患者, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各40例.观察组实施精细化护理, 对照组采取常规护理, 对比患者围术期护理效果.结果 观察组术后并发症为5.0%, 低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05).与对照组对比, 观察组下床活动、排气及住院时间明显更短 (P<0.05).结论 妇产科肥胖患者围术期中应用精细化护理, 可降低术后并发症率, 缩短住院时间, 值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate application effect of refined nursing for obesity patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology during perioperative period.Methods A total of 80 obesity patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group contained 40 cases. The observation group received refined nursing, and the control group received conventional nursing. Their nursing effects during perioperative period were compared.Results The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 5.0% than 20.0% of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had obviously shorter off-bed activity time, exhaust time, and hospital stay (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of refined nursing for obesity patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology during perioperative period reduces incidence of postoperative complications and shortens hospital stay. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
