常规胃镜与无痛胃镜在上消化道异物中的应用效果比较

摘要

目的：对比分析常规胃镜与无痛胃镜在上消化道异物中应用的临床检测价值。方法60例上消化道异物患者作为临床研究对象，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，每组30例。对照组患者入院诊断后采用常规胃镜取出异物，试验组患者入院诊断后采用无痛胃镜取出异物。记录并比较两组患者行异物取出治疗术的不良反应情况，综合分析常规胃镜和无痛胃镜的临床应用效果。结果试验组患者经胃镜取出异物时，出现恶心呕吐、呃逆、躁动、出血、穿孔等不良反应的发生率(10.00%、6.67%、3.33%、13.33%、0)均明显低于对照组(33.33%、26.67%、30.00%、36.67%、16.67%)，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜相较于常规胃镜在上消化道异物取出的应用中安全性高，能在一定程度上提高患者依从性，降低操作过程中应激反应及不良反应发生率，疗效确切，优势明显，有一定的推广价值和临床使用意义。%ObjectiveTo compare and analyze clinical detection value of conventional gastroscope and painless gastroscope for upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies.MethodsA total of 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies as study subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional gastroscope for foreign bodies remove, and the experimental group received painless gastroscope instead. Adverse reactions during foreign bodies remove were recorded in the two groups, and clinical application effects of conventional gastroscope and painless gastroscope were comprehensively analyzed.ResultsThe experimental group had all lower incidences of nausea and vomiting, hiccup, dysphoria, hemorrhage, and perforation as adverse reactions during foreign bodies remove (10.00%, 6.67%, 3.33% 13.33%, 0) than those of the control group (33.33%, 26.67%, 30.00%, 36.67%, 16.67%). The differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with conventional gastroscope, painless gastroscope contains high safety in application, and it can improve patients’ compliance, and reduce incidences of stress reactions and adverse reactions during operation. This method provides precise effect and obvious advantages, and it contains value for promotion and significance for clinical application.
