ObjectiveTo investigate relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), serum uric acid (SUA), lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (LpPLA2) and cardiovascular event in essential hypertension patients.MethodsAmong a total of 216 patients with essential hypertension, 112 cases of them with cardiovascular event were taken as observation group, and the other 104 cases without cardiovascular event as control group. Their contents of hs-CRP, SUA, and LpPLA2 in peripheral blood were detected.ResultsThe observation group had much higher contents of hs-CRP, SUA, and LpPLA2 than the control group (P<0.01). Contents of hs-CRP, SUA, and LpPLA2 in the observation group were related with criticality of cardiovascular event. The higher contents would lead to higher criticality of cardiovascular event. The myocardial infarction group had obviously higher contents of hs-CRP, SUA, and LpPLA2 than the stenocardia group (P<0.01). ConclusionHigher contents of hs-CRP, SUA, and LpPLA2 will lead to higher criticality of cardiovascular event in essential hypertension patients.%目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血尿酸(SUA)及脂蛋白相关的磷脂酶A2(LpPLA2)与原发性高血压患者心血管事件发生的关系。
