Objective To observe the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator combined with naloxone in the treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 84 senile COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group contained 42 cases. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given non-invasive ventilator for treatment, while the observation group received additional naloxone for combination treatment. The curative effects, hospital stays, and reintubation rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was obviously higher than 76.19%of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had remarkably shorter hospital stays and lower reintubation rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Combination treatment by non-invasive ventilator and naloxone has precise effect in treating senile COPD complicated with respiratory failure. This method is worth clinical promotion.%目的：观察无创呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法84例老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予无创呼吸机治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用纳洛酮进行治疗；比较两组疗效、住院时间及二次插管率。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组76.19,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间和二次插管率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论无创呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭疗效显著,值得临床推广。
