不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症效果对比分析

摘要

目的：观察不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症的效果对比。方法90例老年高脂血症患者根据给予辛伐他汀剂量的不同分为研究组与对照组,各45例。研究组给予辛伐他汀40 mg/d口服,对照组给予20 mg/d口服。观察两组患者治疗总有效率以及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,并记录服药期间发生的不良药物反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%,对照组治疗总有效率为82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C分别为(4.04±0.35)mmol/L、(1.67±0.31)mmol/L、(1.57±0.39)mmol/L、(2.38±0.46) mmol/L,对照组分别为(5.57±0.65)mmol/L、(2.36±0.71)mmol/L、(1.24±0.44)mmol/L、(3.13±0.55)mmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未见严重药物不良反应。结论高剂量辛伐他汀(40 mg/d)口服治疗老年高脂血症的疗效优于低剂量辛伐他汀(20 mg/d)口服,能够有效降低血脂水平,且无明显不良反应,值得推广。%Objective To observe the effect comparison of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of senile hyperlipidaemia.Methods A total of 90 senile hyperlipidaemia patients were divided into research group and control group, according to different doses of simvastatin, and each group contained 45 cases. The research group received 40 mg/d of simvastatin through oral administration, and the control group received 20 mg/d for treatment. The total effective rates and levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of the two groups were observed, and the adverse reactions during administration were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.56%, and that of the control group was 82.22%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C in the research group were (4.04±0.35) mmol/L, (1.67±0.31) mmol/L, (1.57±0.39) mmol/L, and (2.38±0.46) mmol/L, and those in the control group were (5.57±0.65) mmol/L, (2.36±0.71) mmol/L, (1.24±0.44) mmol/L, and (3.13±0.55) mmol/L. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no severe adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion High dose of simvastatin (40 mg/d) through oral administration has better curative effect in treating senile hyperlipidaemia than low dose of simvastatin (20 mg/d). It can effective reduce blood lipid level without any obvious adverse reactions, and it is worth promotion.
