超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗超高度近视合并白内障的疗效观察

ObjectiveTo investigate curative effect by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of super-high myopia complicated with cataract.MethodsA total of 72 super-high myopia complicated with cataract patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received extracapsular cataract extraction + intraocular lens implantation for treatment, and the observation group received phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe control group had 18 effective cases and effective rate as 50.00%. The observation group had 28 effective cases and effective rate as 77.78%. The observation group had obviously higher effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the control group had astigmatism degree as (1.4±0.6) D, which was (0.7±0.4) D in the observation group. The observation group had much lower astigmatism degree than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionImplement of phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation in treating super-high myopia complicated with cataract patients can remarkably improve clinical effect and lower astigmatism degree. This method is worth widely clinical promotion for treatment.%目的：探析超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗超高度近视合并白内障的疗效。方法72例超高度近视合并白内障患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各36例。对照组患者采用白内障囊外摘除+人工晶状体植入方式进行治疗,观察组患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶状体植入进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果对照组治疗有效18例,治疗有效率为50.00%；观察组治疗有效28例,治疗有效率为77.78%。观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组散光度数为(1.4±0.6)D,观察组散光度数为(0.7±0.4)D,观察组散光度数显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过为超高度近视合并白内障患者实施超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶状体植入的方式进行治疗,可显著提高其临床治疗效果,降低散光程度,可在临床治疗中大力推广。
