肾癌根治术前应用肾动脉栓塞的必要性及应用价值探讨

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate application value of renal arterial embolism before radical nephrectomy.MethodsA total of 120 patients with renal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional radical nephrectomy, and the observation group received renal arterial embolism before radical nephrectomy. Observation indexes were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe observation group had much better indexes than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of renal arterial embolism before radical nephrectomy can remarkably reduce intraoperative bleeding volume, shorten operation time. This method benefits postoperative recovery, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨肾癌根治术前应用肾动脉栓塞的临床价值。方法120例肾癌患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组采用常规肾癌根治术，观察组患者先行患侧肾动脉栓塞再行肾癌根治术，对比两组患者观察指标。结果观察组各观察指标均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾癌根治术前行肾动脉栓塞能显著减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间，利于患者术后恢复，值得临床推广应用。
