目的：评价早期姑息治疗对晚期胃癌患者抑郁和生存情况的影响。方法82例初治晚期胃癌患者，随机分为试验组42例和对照组40例。试验组给予早期姑息治疗+标准肿瘤治疗；对照组给予标准肿瘤治疗。在治疗前和治疗后3个月，用Zung抑郁量表(SDS)评估其抑郁状态。通过电话和电子病历随访收集临终治疗资料。结果对照组和试验组治疗前SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后试验组评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者中位生存期比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期姑息治疗使胃癌患者的抑郁症状得到了显著改善，可能使生存期延长，临床可大力推广应用。%ObjectiveTo evaluate influence by early palliative treatment on depression and survival situation in advanced gastric cancer patients.MethodsA total of 82 advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group with 42 cases and control group with 40 cases. The experimental group received early palliative treatment + standard cancer treatment, and the control group received standard cancer treatment. Zung self-rating depression scale (SDS) was applied before and in 3 months after treatment to evaluate depression in patients. End-of-life treatment data were collected through telephone and email. ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference of SDS score before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had better score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The difference of median survival time had no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionEarly palliative treatment provides remarkable improvement in depression symptom in advanced gastric cancer patients, and it is worthy of widely clinical promotion and application.
