The present invention relates to a system for predicting the prognosis after surgery or anticancer drug compatibility of a patient with advanced gastric cancer, using a quantitative test result of the prognosis of advanced gastric cancer or mRNA expression levels of anticancer drug compatibility marker genes and reference genes. An algorithm that can predict the prognosis and suitability of an anticancer drug can be developed and used as auxiliary information in determining a treatment method for a gastric cancer patient.
